15Replacement of Members in the Contingent for National Youth FestAt maximum, 2 members of the contingent that represented a particular university at the zonal may bereplaced under unforeseen circumstances. However, the replaced member will not be eligible toparticipate in any SOLO Events.Fee Payment:p Payment of registration fee Rs. 3000/-(Fooding and Lodging included) per participant has to be made link for e-payment of registration fee for the contingent will be shared upon receipt of the registration forms.p The payment receipt should clearly mention the account/University/Institution name and other bank th details. The same to be emailed to tarangutsav@iutripura.edu.in on or before the last date i.e. 17 January,2025Caution Money:p A refundable caution money of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees %uf001ve thousand only) in cash shall be deposited by each participating university at host university registration desk/venue.Travelling Expenses: p The participating University will have to bear the traveling expenses of all its participants and contingent In-charge(s).Accommodation:p Free accommodation would be provided to the participating teams. Students and contingent In-charge(s) will be provided humble accommodation in hostels along with IUT hostellers or may be provided accommodation in classrooms/halls in academic blocks. p The temperature in the month of January in Tripura is cold but pleasant. Participants and of%uf001cials are advised to bring suf%uf001cient warm bedding, blankets/rags, woolen clothes, sweaters, jackets, socks, mosquito net, medicines, locks etc. The participant and of%uf001cials are advised to get inoculated against cholera and typhoid.th p Accommodation will be provided from the morning of January 26 , 2025 to the morning of February st 01 , 2025.p Accommodation will include mattress and pillow only. Participants need to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cover etc.Food:p Food shall be provided by the Host University.th st p Meals will be provided from lunch of January 26 , 2025 till breakfast of February 01 , 2025.Dress Code:p Students are advised to be in proper dress code especially outside the hostel premise. Shorts or revealing garments should be avoided.
