13REGISTRATION GUIDELINESAs per the guidelines of Association of Indian Universities, the registration details are as stated belop Registration fee: Rs. 3000/-(Fooding and Lodging included) per Participant, Accompanists and Of%uf001cials of the team.p Registration shall be done either by online (by sending registration email to the email id tarangutsav@iutripura.edu.in or of%uf002ine by sending the registration forms along with all relevant documents by registered post toThe ICFAI University, Tripura,PO; Kamalghat, Mohanpur, West Tripura-799210.p Registrations should be done separately for Team Managers, Participants and Accompanist in the presence of Team Manager only. Any sort of manipulation in the registration process shall lead to disquali%uf001cation.th p The registration process will begin on 5 November, 2024. No University/Institute shall be eligible to th participate in the 38 AIU Inter-University North-East Zone Youth Festival 2024-25 without payment of ththe registration fee. Universities/Institutions are allowed to register till 17 January, 2025.p Self-Attested photocopies of the following documents with Of%uf001cial Stamp/ Seal of the University/ Institution should be submitted/ uploaded at the time of registration along with Form I-V.a) Two passport sized photograph.b) Date of Birth Certi%uf001cate / Admit Card of Matriculation.c) Aadhaar Card (for Indian students) or Passport for International Students.th th d) Marksheet of Class X and XII .e) Valid University Identity Card.
