Rules & Regulations

• Each Institute will be represented by two debaters, one will speak FOR, while the other will speak AGAINST the motion.
• The medium of expression will be Hindi or English.
• The topic of debate will be announced 24 hours in advance.
• Each debater has to speak for a minimum of 4 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes for the Zonal Festival.
• Reading from paper/any other source is strictly not permissible.
• The competitor from each Institute will speak FOR and AGAINST the motion.
